Park Policy Content for Vismaya Amusement Park
At Vismaya Amusement Park, we present our guests with the best entertainment and most enjoyable experience. However, the amusement park has got particular park policies, and our guests are required to strictly follow these park policies to maintain the decorum of Vismaya. The park policies are aimed at offering a safe, enjoyable, and remarkable experience to our guests. These policies help us to serve your better and make your day at Vismaya never forgettable in your life. Every visitor to Vismaya must sternly follow the following policies to perfectly enjoy the non-stop fun ride at our park.
- Entry is restricted to one person per ticket and valid only for the specified date and time.
- Food from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the park. Intoxicated persons are restricted from entering the park.
- All guests are subject to a security check at the point of admission into the park. Management fully reserves the right to check/deny the entry of any bag/parcel/any other items brought into the park for security reasons.
- Parents are advised to pay special attention to their children. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
- There are height restrictions on certain rides. Guest below stipulated height will not be allowed in those rides.
- Since certain rides in the park are adventurous in nature, guests are advised to follow the safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators, and instructions displayed near rides. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident due to the negligence of the same.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, persons with high/low blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
- Pools are shallow. Do not dive.
- Management reserves the right to close the park/any ride at any time for security, safety, or technical reasons without prior notice.
- Management will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage to the belongings and valuables of guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the park.
- Re-entry is not permitted with the same ticket once the visitors exit the park.
- The ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Park staff and security personals have the right to restrict any person from entering the park, using the rides, or removing any person from the park premises if misbehaviour or violation of rules of the park is reported from his or her part.
- The park hours are subject to change without prior notice. So, guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if a situation demands.
